I was given complementary tickets to visit the ‘Baby to Toddler event’, which was set up by the same people behind the well known ‘Baby Show’ which is held every year in and around the major cities like London, Manchester and Birmingham.

This one was a tricky time for me as i didn’t know how many weeks i was even a estimate. The journey from contacting the surgery for a referral to the midwifes and actually having a scan was a bit dazed. It was very different to when i had the other children and because of that i was left to my own devices. it was a scary time for me as my very first was a miscarriage and the following 3 were not the smoothest of pregnancies.
While I juggle the feeling of nausea, dizziness and hot/cold sweats, I was also going through tests regarding my symptoms. I get a call from the doctors to advise me regarding the results, I was diagnosed in being B12 deficient and I needed 6 booster injection as well as an injection once every three months for life.
